On her robe at the Emmy Awards, Mj Rodríguez collaborated with a “sick designer.”
The star of Pose became the first transgender actor, after earning a node for Lead Actress in a series of drama, that received an Emmy nomination in a major category.
And, for the occasion on September 19, the 30-year-old actress stated that she had picked her ensemble “maybe icy blue or golden,”
She added, “Right now I can’t tell anything, since I want to be a bit surprised.”
Mj added: “I’ve already selected, and I’m very glad that I’ve chosen the decision. It may be icy blue or even gold. He’s a sick designer. He’s very sick. I’m really glad I’m working with her.”
Mj’s appointment occurred after the Board of Governors of the Television Academy declared that a candidate or winner of any acting category might apply for their certificate of appointment as “Performers,” and the statue Emmy even if the categories of actress themselves would never alter.
