Officials from the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication say that the rules for the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) already do publish and that the draft of the rules already does share with the stakeholders.
The officials say that the ministry did ask the groups for their final thoughts on the CERT rules and also that the draft rules do send to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), the banking sector, and other ministries. The draft does give to the Office of the General Registration Authority (OGRA). The Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA), the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA), and others.
