Meghan Markle disputed Prince Harry’s statements about Netflix

Meghan Markle, Prince Harry‘s sweetheart refuted the assertion by her husband that Netflix work is “never part of a plan,” as her new animated television series had been reported in the pipeline years ago.

Meghan Markle revealed lately that she is doing a new series of “Pearl” animations. A 12 years-old girl’s ‘heroic exploits’ will follow the family-oriented show, inspired by renowned ladies throughout history.

During their earth-shaking conversation, the Duke of Sussex told Oprah Winfrey: “The deal did not come to us.”

The Duke and Duchess inked a contract with Netflix worth up to $150 million about a year ago. It was almost a year ago. The pair, however, only have two series for the stream giant declared and no content has yet been released.

Harry and Meghan have also signed with Spotify a lucrative agreement of up to US$50 million, producing only one podcast up to now. They have to “create the products.”
