The unfortunate event took place on their land. Meera, who was 16 years old and in the 12th year at a private school in Chennai, sadly her away in a horrible accident.
The dramatic action that the senior high school girl took was, as stated by the accounts, a reaction to the stress that she was going through at the time. Her father discovered her at 3am in the morning, dangling from the hook on the ceiling fan in the bedroom where she had tied her dupatta and hung herself. He was successful in bringing her to the ground with the assistance of the other people who worked in the house, and he hurried her to the Kaveri Hospital, where she was proclaimed dead as soon as she arrived.
