Mark Wahlberg claims it was “fun about an hour” to consume 11,000 calories to make a new film.
The actor stocked up almost 20 pounds for his role in ‘Stu’ and acknowledged that it was a “hard physical thing to accomplish,” for even when he was not hungry, he had to eat a big dinner.
She talked to Jimmy Fallon about the Tonight Show and added: “It gets very challenging once the metabolism begins to slow down. We had only thirty days to shoot the film, therefore I truly wanted to get this film done for six years. It was also insane that I personally financed a lot of it. I knew I was on my own ticking clock, and when that’s the case you get things done fast.”
Lawrence said about his food plan: “So generally morning begins at 3 a.m. and its first breakfast is four eggs. After his training we do eight eggs, six strips of bacon, a cup of rice, two tablespoons of olive oil, and a protein drink after a workout generally around 5 to 6 am in the morning, and then afterward. It is also its weight gainer inspired by protein to assist grow a bit more muscle. Then 3 hours later we make some ground beef and some ground turkey with another cup of rice, whether fashioned into a hamburger patty or a meatloaf.”
