Imran Khan rejected the recommendation of OGRA

Prime Minister Imran Khan rejected the recommendation of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) to raise oil prices today.

The government has decided that oil prices will remain the same for the first two weeks of next month.

The Prime Minister’s Special Assistant for Political Communications Shahbaz Gil revealed in a tweet that Prime Minister Imran Khan had rejected the oil and gas regulator’s proposal to raise fuel prices.

According to the Ministry of Finance, the petrol price will remain unchanged at Rs 111.90 per liter while the high-speed diesel will remain at Rs. 116.07 per liter. The ministry also said kerosene and diesel prices would also not change.
