Google is perhaps putting more attention on the rumors of the Pixel Foldable phone now that the Pixel 7 already does release. It is thought that Google will soon release its first foldable phone, which will compete with Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold line.
FrontPageTech, a reliable leak source, has released a new report with high-quality images of the folding phone. From these pictures, it looks like the Pixel Fold will look like a Pixel 7 Pro that does fold in half. On the back, you can find the same easily recognizable camera visor. However, unlike previous versions, this one can’t fold in with the sides of the phone. It has three lenses for its camera.
The Pixel Fold, like the Oppo Find N, is shorter and wider than the Z Fold. So, the outside display looks a lot like the displays on other modern smartphones. This should make it easier for you to place the phone in your pocket. We don’t know much about how much the phone weighs, but it seems thinner than the Z Fold 4.

There is a hole in the middle of the front panel for the camera to take selfies. All sides get large borders. It doesn’t look like the main screen has a selfie camera. But the top and bottom bezels are big, so sometimes the camera is secret there. A third possibility is that Google will copy Samsung and place a front-facing camera under the screen, but this is just a rumor right now.
The Pixel Fold will probably start at $1,799 and come in Obsidian Black and Chalk White when it comes out. It does expect that this phone will come out sometime in 2023.
