Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is the best-selling CoD game

Call of Duty: Ghosts, the latest game in the popular shooter series, came out on October 28, and in just three days, it did break sales records that no other Call of Duty game ever has reached before. Not long after it came out, the video game sold around the world for an amazing $800 million.

After the 2019 relaunch of the Modern Warfare series became a hit. The sequel to the first Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, is the first did make. This is not the same as Modern Warfare 1, 2, or 3.

It has now sold more copies than the last Call of Duty game, Modern Warfare. But Activision hasn’t said how many copies are already sold all over the world.

Before Modern Warfare 2 came out, the most popular Call of Duty game is also the first Modern Warfare 3. It did make a huge $650 million in just the first five days, which is a lot.

CEO Bobby Kotick praised the Call of Duty team for how hard they did work and how they are using art and technology in new ways to make the game. He also did praise the gamers all over the world who play Call of Duty and find it fun and interesting.

No, Call of Duty isn’t going anywhere else.

On a podcast, he didn’t hold back when talking to popular YouTubers Justine and Jenna Ezarik.

The following is what he said: Call of Duty for PlayStation will keep coming out as long as there are PlayStations. Since we did take over the game, we’ve also made it feasible to play it in more places. I think it’s great that we have not limited the number of servers for the Minecraft community. I’d like to use the same idea when thinking about the future of Call of Duty.
