Orange Line Metro Train Lahore won two prestigious national awards

At the recent Brands of the Year Awards 2021, the Orange Line Metro Train Lahore has recognised with two important awards. The Brands Foundation bestowed two prestigious prizes onto the service, ‘CEO of the Year 2021’ and ‘Emerging Brand of the Year’ in the urban rail transport category.

During the occasion, these prizes have presented to Li Chen. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Orange Line Metro Train. The awards winning Orange Line Metro Train is the first modern intracity metro rail project constructed in Pakistan.

The Brands of the Year Award based on categories and a nationwide competition held annually. The prize council considers a company’s achievements when selecting nominees for the award.

Each year, more than a thousand different brands take part in a quantitative consumer survey. It focuses group study and expert analysis that has conducted across the country. The findings enable BOYA to select one winning brand from each category to recognise for its achievements throughout the year.

OLMRTS has awarded the highest honours for 2021. With the recent development of the transportation industry, the competition for the intracity rail service will become more difficult.
