Prince William and Kate Middleton spent huge £226,000 on 8-day Caribbean tour

According to reports, Prince William and Kate Middleton had racked up massive expenses of $226,000 on 8-day Caribbean tour. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have heavily criticised for having heavy colonial undertones.

It has recently revealed that the royal family racked up a total expenditure of £102.4 million over the course of the recent year. It represents an increase of 17% when compared to the expenditures of the preceding year.

The majority of the sum spent has allocated to the significant ten-year initiative that is part of the continuing renovations. It has alleged that the renovations alone were responsible for a syphoning off around £54.6 million.

Moroever, after the epidemic, in-person royal visits have resumed. It resulted in an increase in travel expenditures for the members of royal family. The Sovereign Grant Report revealed to have increased from £1.3 million to £4.5 million.
