Kim Kardashian finally reacted to trademark infringement lawsuit

Kim Kardashian has slammed the trademark infringement lawsuit filed against her newest company ‘Skkn by Kim. Beauty Concepts CEO Cyndie Lunsford claims to have trademarked “SKKN+” since 2018.

According to reports, Lunsford claims that the Kardashians star’s brand will soon overwhelm her firm. Both companies should have to use the different brand name. A logo composed of the letters SKKN+ has claimed by Beauty Concepts in a letter. The company had just applied for trademark protection for the logo.

However, Kardashian’s attorney told that this case is not what it appears. We appreciate Ms. Lunsford because she is following her ambitions. However, that does not give her the right to falsely accuse us of wrongdoing.

From a single Brooklyn location, the one-person shop offered facials. The salon was only open by appointment and had no visible signs. Beauty Concepts did not sell any items under the SKKN+ brand, to the best of our knowledge.

Beauty Concepts did not really interact with us beyond demanding a lot of money. Many attempts have made by Kardashian’s staff to find a realistic way to cohabitation.

It is about attempting to coerce a settlement by threatening to destroy Kim Kardashian brand and reputation by trademark infringement lawsuit. However, it is not going to work.
