Swat opens its first-ever Software Technology Park

In Swat, the first software technology park in the history of the world to be built through a public-private partnership (PPP) has started to operate. The Pakistan Software Export Board and Vertex Tower made the Software Technology Park possible.

Companies are pouring into the Software Technology Park in Mingora Swat. This room has a total area of 1,7950 square feet. Also, Officials from PSEB have said that eight to ten businesses can use the office space in this software technology park. In addition, two businesses have moved to this spot.

PSEB workers say businesses pay Rs. 50 per square foot. If an IT business takes part in the PSEB 25 STPs project. It can get a 25% rent discount and free internet access for a year.

Young people from places like Mingora, Char Bagh, Bahrain, and Shangla, among others. We will benefit from the Software Technology Park in Swat. When it is running at full capacity, the park will be able to give work to more than 300 people.

The Software Technology Park in Mingora has just opened its doors. Large organizations will be able to save money by setting up their own site offices, which will allow cheaper IT workers to work closer to their homes. In addition, cheaper IT workers will be able to work closer to their homes.

The opening of the park will also result in improvements to the surrounding infrastructure. This is because phone and internet companies in the area have to improve their services to keep up with the growing demand.
