Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have shared new photos of their 1-year-old daughter Lilibet during their trip to the UK. They are here to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee. During first birthday party in the UK over the weekend, Lilibet Diana has photographed looking much like the Duke of Sussex.
In a light blue gown with a white hair bow, the youngster attended the event in Windsor. He also tweeted an image of Markle and Lilibet with his wife Camilla Holmstoem and their children. As a result of this, Harry and Markle’s 3-year-old son Archie and their daughter Lilibet were able to see Queen Elizabeth II for the first time last week.
When the Sussexes first landed in the UK, the Queen has reported to have seen her great-granddaughter for a brief moment. Prior to first birthday of Lilibet on Saturday, the Queen and Lilibet Diana reunited at Windsor Castle. For their daughter’s first birthday in June 2021, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle revealed that their choice of the Queen’s childhood nickname was an homage to her late husband Prince Philip’s fondness for the name.
According to reports, a statement made following Lilibet’s birth stated that she was named after her great-grandmother. However, Harry and Markle stepped down from their formal roles as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in 2020. Their son Archie had not back to the country where his father was born.
