Popular Pakistani singer Shae Gill recently opened up about her religion on her official Instagram account. She has well-known for the smash hit song ‘Pasoori’ during the Coke Studio Season 14.
Several social media users took issue with Shae Gill’s recent expression of sorrow for the passing of Indian artist Sidhu Moose Wala. Whereas, she wrote words of RIP (rest in peace) for the late Sidhu.
Following this, the singer began receiving texts informing her that she had typed it wrong. For non-Muslims, there is no such prayer. Therefore, singer Shae Gill has fed up with receiving messages from people and explained her religion. She said that she is not Muslim but actually a Christian.
According to the singer’s answer to the comments, “I have received several of these notes. Let it know that I am not a Muslim, but a Christian and that I come from a Christian background. I will be able to pray for everyone once he dies.”
However, one admirer said on a screenshot by the singer that people who are telling you this type of thing are lying. You may pray for anyone as a Muslim. Whereas, Shae Gill said that I didn’t want to say that, but I have fed up with people’s messages.
