Asif Ali Zardari says No elections without electoral reforms

Electoral and NAB reforms, according to PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari, are their top priorities, and the party will not be able to move on with elections until these issues are addressed.

The former President gave a press conference in Karachi today, during which he stated that they had simply used democratic measures to depose the PTI government. He asserted that they are not concerned about new elections, but that they must handle the issue of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and electoral reforms first.

Asif Ali Zardari went on to say that he met with Shehbaz Shareef before departing for London on Tuesday and that they have reached an agreement for the time being. He went on to say that the guy who had failed to perform in four years was seeking fresh elections and that we would have to wait and see what he accomplishes in the upcoming elections.

The former President stated that the Shareef family enjoys strong relations with Saudi Arabia and that the PPP does not advocate for an increase in the price of gasoline. All daily-use items, such as chicken and eggs, are becoming more expensive as a result of the increase in fuel prices,h said.

In the past, Imran Khan has said that he did not become Prime Minister in order to maintain control over the prices of vegetables, but Asif Zardari is concerned about these issues, according to the PPP co-chairman. He went on to say that the PPP is concerned about the needs of the average man.
