Saudi police arrested Pakistani pilgrims at Masjid-e-Nabvi for yelling slogans

A group of Pakistani pilgrims who yelled slogans against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and his delegation at the Masjid-e-Nabvi in Madina were arrested by Saudi police.

The Saudi Embassy in Islamabad confirmed this on Friday, stating that some of the individuals had been detained for breaching the rules and disrespecting holy places in the country.

Maulana Tariq Jamil criticizes the disrespectful incident at Masjid Nabvi.

The government is planning to encourage Saudi Arabia to take necessary measures against the elements who used immoral language in the Masjid-e-Nabvi (SAWW), according to Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah.

Speaking at a joint news conference in Islamabad with Adviser on Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Qamar Zaman Kaira on Friday, he stated that the crime had caused anguish to the entire Muslim Ummah and was therefore condemnable.

According to the Interior Minister, the Saudi government would also be requested to furnish Pakistan with the identity of the culprits of this heinous act. He stated that in order to proceed against such elements, he will seek the guidance of the Law Ministry.

He stated that such elements should be removed and that they should not be permitted to remain in the Holy Land in the future.

This act, according to Rana Sanaullah, was prepared ahead of time in Pakistan at the behest of former Prime Minister Imran Khan Niazi and former Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed.

Imran Khan Niazi, according to the Interior Minister, should desist from inciting instability and enmity in the country solely for the sake of achieving his political aims. He claims that the previous Prime Minister is also pursuing this goal through institutions.

He stated that Imran Khan will be required to account to the people for his poor governance throughout the previous four years.

Qamar Zaman Kaira also strongly condemned the horrible conduct committed by a small number of individuals at the second most holy place on the earth for Muslims.

He stated that Imran Khan must abstain from the habit of inciting hatred and causing divides in society in order to further his own interests. He claimed that Imran Khan’s politics are fascist and that he and his party are the only ones who have the right to live in this country.

In his statement, Qamar Zaman Kaira stated that no one will be allowed to target the government institutions.

Meanwhile, former Information Minister Fawad remarked in a tweet that the government’s appeal to Saudi Arabia to detain Pakistani workers in Saudi Arabia is odd. Unfortunately, if no one is capable of doing a good job, you have turned your attention to ensuring the survival of the populace. These were the people who argued that if innocent people are killed by drones, it’s not a big deal and they shouldn’t be concerned.
