The government claims Imran Khan’s Helicopter cost Rs.984 million

Marriyum Aurangzeb, Minister of Information and Broadcasting, stated that the previous Prime Minister Imran Khan’s helicopter departure from Bani Gala to the PM Office cost Rs984.35 million.

They also accused Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran of selling Toshakhana gifts for “financial gain” during a news conference on Thursday.

The opposition scored a no-confidence goal against the PTI administration in the National Assembly, winning 174 votes out of 342. On April 11, Shehbaz Sharif, a member of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, became Prime Minister.

According to Ministry of Information documents, journey costs were Rs472.36 million, while support expenditures were Rs511.995 million, which was greater than movement costs.
