PM Shehbaz calls his first cabinet meeting

Earlier on Tuesday, Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif called the first meeting of his federal cabinet, which took place shortly after the members were sworn in during the first portion of the inauguration ceremony at Aiwan-e-Sadr in Islamabad.

The newly formed cabinet will convene at 10 a.m. tomorrow (Wednesday) in the Prime Minister’s Office.

The conference will be attended by all of the newly appointed cabinet members and advisers, and it will be used to address the present political and economic condition in the country.

A formal agenda for the most recent federal cabinet meeting was not established until nearly two months earlier. Nonetheless, special cabinet meetings were called during this time period, but only for the purpose of approving specific issues, such as the much-discussed “threat letter.”
