Prime Minister Imran Khan has stated that his life under threat of death, but that he is unconcerned about it and that he will continue his fight against corrupt politicians.
He made this statement during an interview that aired on a private television channel in the area on Friday.
PM Imran Khan went on to say that he was willing to give up not only his government but also his life if necessary.
He stated that it would be preferable if we held new elections rather than allowing corrupt individuals to continue to rule the country.
He insisted that the people had recognised these traitors, who were buying the loyalty of parliamentarians in order to retake control of the country and plunder it once more.
Earlier, Chaudhry Fawad Hussain, Minister for Information and Broadcasting, said on Friday that Prime Minister Imran Khan’s security has been beefed up following reports of a plot to assassinate the prime minister from intelligence agencies.
According to Chaudhry Fawad, who used his Twitter handle to announce the decision, the government made the decision in light of the reports.
