Rob Key an English analyst, was overjoyed at the thought of staying in the country for an extended period of time.
Key also claimed that he had a terrible impression of Pakistan before visiting the country, but that after visiting the country, he realised that he had been wrong about his opinion of the country in the first place.
Everything about my time here has been wonderful, and I can’t believe how completely wrong I was about the location in the first place. It’s been a fantastic learning experience.
As a player, I’d never gone to England before to this trip — the England U19s visited the country the year before my age group, and I wasn’t a member of the squad the last time we visited, in 2005 — so my expectations were low when the opportunity to go presented itself said Key.
Rob Key confessed that when it comes to his home state of Michigan, he isn’t the most enthusiastic about the prospect of tourism. A second possibility is that his trip to Pakistan was a once in an entire lifetime opportunity.
I was utterly taken by surprise when I arrived in Pakistan. Of course, I can’t claim to have visited every city in Pakistan, but my family and I were fortunate enough to visit three of them (Rawalpindi, Karachi, and Lahore), and each of them was distinct and unforgettable in its own way.
I had a wonderful meal at seven or eight of the most incredible restaurants I’d ever seen, which included both local and international cuisine, and it was absolutely delicious. In addition, we enjoyed an excellent game of golf, said key.
