More than a million people prayed in the Masjid al-Haram

Since the lifting of the ban on the wearing of COVID19 mask in Saudi Arabia, more than one million people have come to pray at Masjid al-Haram, regardless of their social standing.

According to an official statement released by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, more than one million people attended Friday prayers at the Grand Mosque, with no restrictions imposed.

Children of all ages have been permitted to attend the Masjid-ul-Haram and Masjid-e-Nabawi with their parents or guardians, according to the news, and a large number of people would be able to perform Hajj this year, it was also stated in the release.

It has been claimed that permissions for prayers at Masjid al-Haram and Masjid al-Nabawi have been reinstated.
