The federal government has planned to complete the no-trust motion action against Prime Minister Imran Khan in time for the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) meeting.
It was decided at the highest levels of administration that all items related to the no-trust movement should be completed before the OIC summit, because the country could not endure political upheaval at that time.
They went on to say that the problem of the new chief minister of Punjab will be resolved before to the OIC summit, and that the PML-Q and Jahangir Tareen group had expressed their misgivings about Chief Minister Usman Buzdar’s performance as governor.
