I’m sorry for not keeping in touch with Irfan Khan, says Saba Qamar

Actress Saba Qamar worked with actor Irfan Khan in the Bollywood film ‘Hindi Medium‘. Irfan Khan has died two years ago and she wishes she could have spoken to him in the last few days.

According to reports, after working with Irfan Khan in film, Saba Qamar has not appeared in any further Indian films. Moreover, Pakistani actors have officially forbidden from entering India.

If you listen to her interview, you’ll hear how much she missed talking to Khan before his death from cancer. “I’m sorry for what I’ve done. Even after the film was over, I continued thinking about talking to him about his situation. However, I couldn’t since I was too busy filming and travelling.”

The death of Khan upset Saba Qamar and she expressed her shock in the following words. “On that particular day, I reasoned that the servant should show up for work on time as the past never returns. The opportunity to apologise or show your affection will never again present itself. So, I’m sorry I didn’t keep in touch with him.”

Furthermore, there are plans for Saba Qamar to appear on Indian television in the upcoming series ‘Zindagi’ and the online serial ‘Mrs and Mr Shamim’.
