In the wake of recent interactions with unhappy leaders of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Prime Minister Imran Khan has decided to have a meeting with the top leadership of the party.
The Prime Minister, Imran Khan, has called senior PTI leaders to the PM House on Tuesday (tomorrow) to hold a meeting with the contacts he has established with the dissident leaders.
Furthermore, the PTI central leadership will examine the strategy for thwarting the opposition’s no-trust movement.
The meeting will take place following Prime Minister Khan’s participation in an event to be held in Rawalpindi. It should be mentioned that the cabinet meeting of the federal government had already been postponed.
Following Prime Minister Imran Khan’s instructions, Imran Ismail met with Aleem Khan in Lahore earlier in the day to discuss the opposition’s no-confidence motion.
During a press conference following the meeting, Ismail stated that the opposition would have preferred that the assemblies be dissolved. After two conversations with the premier, he expressed his confidence in his ability to succeed.
Imran Ismail stated on Monday that the Jahangir Tareen-Aleem Khan group has voiced its dissatisfaction with the Punjab administration through its representatives. In his remarks, the governor stated that Prime Minister Khan had already sent a clear warning to those who are attempting to bring about a no-trust movement.
He stated that stern action will be taken against corrupt elements with all of the resources at our disposal. Ismail stated that he will make every effort to have Aleem Khan and Jahangir Tareen’s reservations removed, as well as arrange a meeting between the two and the prime.
As part of his meeting with PTI leader Aleem Khan, Imran Ismail appealed to the unhappy PTI leader to put an end to their differences.
A group led by Jahangir Tareen and Aleem Khan has expressed their dissatisfaction with the Punjab government, according to reports. In his opinion, it would be helpful for the PTI government to address their concerns and objections.
Ismail has stated that he will put in his best effort to address the situation. “I sincerely hope that Prime Minister Imran Khan will embrace Aleem Khan’s recommendations.” “The PTI government is present in full force, and all leaders will be on the same page within 24 hours,” says the president.
