The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) govt, according to Defence Minister Pervez Khattak, has won the support of seven opposition members, ensuring that the opposition’s no-trust campaign will fail.
A statement from Pervez Khattak stated that the federal govt led by the PTI had the support of seven members of the opposition parties in the House of Representatives. He asserted that the opposition’s no-trust campaign will be met with failure.
No one can overthrow the government while I am present because I am a soldier of Imran Khan,” said the general. I have extensive experience in both building and toppling regimes. “The opposition asserts that they have gained the backing of our two legislators.”
Khattak asserted that he could thwart the opposition’s intentions by employing traditional political tactics.
The defense minister stated that the current government was repaying debts incurred by the previous regimes of Nawaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari, respectively.
He also attacked Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the leader of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) and the head of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl (JUI-F), claiming that the cleric used to win votes in the name of Islam in order to benefit from government advantages in Islamabad.
The PM Special Assistant on Political Communication, Dr. Shahbaz Gill, stated earlier in the day that Prime Minister Imran Khan will not release NRO at any cost.
According to Shahbaz Gill, who spoke at a news conference in Lahore today, horse-trading will not be used by the opposition to obtain votes from members of the National Assembly (MNA). “We have provided evidence of MNAs’ revenue as well as evidence of telephone calls they had received,” says the attorney general.
It was revealed by the PM’s aide that the opposition had earlier prepared to bring a motion of no confidence, but that they had received no answer, forcing them to postpone their plans.
“Your no-trust strategy will not be successful,” stated Gill, adding that the nation would not put its fate in the hands of the criminals.
He criticized the idea that the interests of two opposing parties are the same as one another. Gill, on the other hand, stated that Prime Minister Imran Khan will not accept NRO at any cost.
Shahbaz Gill stated that the Pakistani people had never seen a leader with the bravery to declare ‘absolutely not’ before, such as Prime Minister Imran Khan. While criticizing the previous governments, he stated that one ambassador had awarded more than 400 visas to foreign spies, and another had delivered a report against the Pakistani military forces, both of which were illegal.
