An earthquake shakes Islamabad and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

According to the Seismological Center, an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 was reported at the epicentre, which was a 5.0 on the Richter scale.


The Kalima Tayyaba was recited in front of the residences, stores, houses, and businesses, and then people filed out into the open fields in front of them.

A reported epicentre has been identified in or around Islamabad, Peshawar, Swat, Kalam, Bajaur Division, Shangla Division, Takht Bhai, Khyber and Chitral provinces. The subsurface depth was determined to be 175 km below ground level.
