According to documents, Prince Harry has filed a legal case against the publisher of Daily Mail in the UK’s High Court. A lawsuit has launched against Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL) by the Duke of Sussex on Wednesday afternoon.
On Sunday, 20 February, The Mail On Sunday’s “Revealed: How Harry sought to keep his court dispute over bodyguards secret” included an item on the topic of his family’s protection.
“I can confirm that Prince Harry has initiated a legal case against Daily Mail,” Duke’s official spokesman.
Meghan Markle previously won a privacy case against ANL over publications. They reprinted sections of a handwritten letter she sent to her divorced father. Nominal damages and an unknown sum have given to Meghan. However, she gave that money to charity.
Moreover, the Home Office has also sued by Prince Harry over his security arrangements while he is in the country. He and his family have denied the ability to pay for their own police protection in United Kingdom.
To keep his wife and children secure, the duke claims that his private protection team in America does not have access to UK intelligence information.
