A terrorist leader was killed and two others were arrested in a separate operation carried out in the Pasni and Khuzdar districts of Balochistan, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Monday.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces carried out an operation in the Pasni region of Balochistan on the night of February 12/13 in response to reports of the location of a terrorist hideaway.
“As soon as the troops began cordoning off the area, terrorists attempted to exit their hiding place and unleashed indiscriminate fire on them.” As a result of the operation, terrorist commander Hidayat aka Balaach was killed,” according to an ISPR release.
According to the ISPR, the slain commander was involved in gunfire and IED strikes on security forces in the Gwadar and Pasni regions, among other things. It was also discovered that a significant quantity of weapons and ammo had been hidden away.
On the basis of intelligence, a second operation was carried out in the area of Khuzdar, where security forces arrested two terrorists, Niaz and Muhammad Jan, as well as two SMGs and a huge amount of ammunition.
It said that “operations to identify and eliminate those responsible for terrorist actions in Pakistan will continue, and they will not be permitted to sabotage the peace, stability, and growth of Balochistan.”
