On Saturday, the domestic per tola gold price in Pakistan increased by Rs1,150, according to the Gold Council.
Mohammad Arshad, chairman of the All Pakistan Jewellers Manufacturers Association (APJMA), stated that the per tola rate of the precious metal had increased by Rs1,150, bringing it to Rs125,450 at the close of business.
Furthermore, the price of a 10 grams of gold increased by Rs985 to Rs108,410 per tola in the local market, representing an increase of Rs985.

During the previous week, the Pakistani rupee lost 23 paisas in value against the United States (US) dollar in the interbank currency market.
According to a weekly report, the dollar closed at Rs174.71 against the rupee on Friday, 25 paisas higher than the previous week’s close of Rs174.48. The greenback has gained ground against the rupee in recent weeks.
The value of the US dollar against the Pakistani rupee increased by Rs0.50, to Rs177.50, in the open market on Friday.
The euro gained one rupee, rising to Rs202. The pound sterling, on the other hand, fell by one rupee to Rs240 against the rupee.
