Govt staring Kamyab Jawan youth employment Program

Usman Dar, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Youth Affairs, launched a youth employment program on Sunday as part of the Kamyab Jawan initiative, according to a press release.

In his address to the participants at the Jobs Marathon’s closing ceremony, the federal minister stated that the government was working hard to generate a large number of job possibilities for young people as part of the Kamyab Jawan (Jobs for All) program (KJP).

It is imperative that such programs be implemented as soon as possible, he said, noting that 68 percent of the country’s population is under the age of 30. He congratulated AAA Associates’ management for organizing a Jobs Marathon program to provide jobs to the youth, noting that the country urgently requires such programs.

Usman Dar also expressed his gratitude to the private sector firms for raising the pay of their employees in response to Prime Minister Imran Khan’s call for higher wages.
