Actors John Krasinski and Steve Carell will collaborate for a family film named ‘IF’. The film will direct by Krasinski who will also feature with actor Ryan Reynolds. The plot has based on Krasinski’s original concept about a child’s struggle to regain their creativity.
Aside from Carell, other cast members include Louis Gossett Jr., Alan Kim and Cailey Fleming from the television show. In addition to British actors Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Fiona Shaw will play crucial roles in the film.
The film has set to release on November 17, 2023 according to the studio.
John Krasinski and Steve Carell previously collaborated on the successful sitcom ‘The Office‘. It has based on the British television series of the same name. Whereas, Carell portrayed Michael Scott, the CEO of the fictional Dunder Mifflin Paper Company’s Scranton, Pennsylvania division. Krasinski played Jim Halpert, the company’s vice president of sales.
The Emmy-winning series ran for nine seasons from 2005 to 2013 are garnering several awards along the way.
