Qamar Zaman Kaira, PPP Punjab senior leader, said the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) must halt backdoor ties if it wants to respect the vote and the Constitution.
He told the media on Tuesday that the PTI administration in Punjab might have been overthrown if the PMLN had taken action. He added the PMLN wanted the PTI administration to finish its term.
He asked PMLN supremo Nawaz Sharif to unite his party around his ideology, as the party currently had two storylines.
He said the PDM [Pakistan Democratic Movement] had vanished, and that the PPP was the PDM. “The PDM had life while we were in it,” he remarked.
“We seek consensus on new election laws,” he stated. Bye-election regulations and political ethics were openly broken, according to Qamar Zaman Kaira. He accused the tehsil government of removing PPP banners, flags, and flexes, and urged to the Election Commission to intervene. Kaira stated the PPP’s win in Punjab would start from NA-133. Whoever said the PPP ended in Punjab would find out on Dec.
He slammed the PTI government for its inability to address public issues and limit price increases. He claimed the government was admitting failure.
