KP is planning to hire 1,300 more teachers for state-run schools

In order to fulfil their need promptly, the elementary and secondary education departments agreed to hiring teachers through a parent and teacher council.

Officials claimed that 1,300 instructors will initially be employed for state schools around the province.

Accounting of officials from the educational department will continue to employ instructors on a one-year contract, until regular teachers are nominated in government primary, middle, and high schools.

They stated the province government has authorized Rs400 million for instructors to be appointed. They said that Rs200 million from the entire budget will be used on the recruitment of elementary education teachers and Rs200 million for middle- and higher education throughout the province.
