The Megan Fox actress withdrew from the event at Regal LA Live on Monday owing to the city’s continued concern over rising case numbers, which has lately mandated individuals to begin wearing masks when mixing indoors again.
“Megan Fox will no longer be attending the premiere tonight due to the current California mask law and the rise of COVID cases,” a spokesperson for the premiere informed media only hours before the screening’s scheduled start time. We appreciate your understanding.”
The announcement came just a few days after it was announced that reporters and photographers would no longer be permitted to cover the premiere’s after-party in order to reduce the number of persons in attendance.
He emphasised, though, that the pair did not let their off-screen sentiments interfere with the filming.
“As a filmmaker, I thought, ‘Wow, there’s some genuine magic going there,’ but I didn’t see any more than that,” he added.
“They’re both excellent performers, and their connection was perfect.” “I was just gazing at them, thinking, ‘Wow, that was a wonderful moment,’ but I wasn’t thinking about anything else.”
