Syed Aminul Haq, Federal Minister of IT and Telecommunications, stated Tuesday that the Ministry has built a “safe and secure” messaging app for government workers.
Aminul Haq stated Tuesday in his announcement that his Ministry created a digital message app called ‘Beep Pakistan’ to safeguard the country’s official communication.
‘Beep Pakistan’ app was subject to internal testing and the app will debut within a few months, according to the Ministry of IT and Telecom. All government personnel will be required to use the app for official purposes.
It is worth mentioning here that India targeted a phone that was previously used by Prime Minister Imran Khan using malware from an Israeli company, a worldwide investigation revealing worries for broad data protection and abusses of rights.
