Meghan Markle is working on a new animated series for Netflix

Fans of Meghan Markle‘s children’s book The Bench have something new to look forward to, as Archewell Productions, Prince Harry, and Meghan’s Archewell company revealed that they are producing a new family-oriented animated program for Netflix, with the Duchess of Sussex as a producer. The show will be the first animated series produced by the business.

It is going to commemorate women throughout history.

The program, now run under the Pearl title, focuses on a 12-year-old girl who is inspired by the history of important women.

“When she attempts to face everyday obstacles like many girls of her age, our protagonist Pearl is on a voyage of discovery,” Meghan said in a news statement about the film.

Where does it come out?

No concrete dates for viewers to anticipate to see Pearl on their televisions have been released yet, but the data seem to indicate this program remains early in its production. As additional information becomes available, we update this page.

Who’s participating?

In addition to David Furnish(Sherlock Gnomes, Tangled), Carolyn Soper (I’ll be Gone in the Dark, What has occurred, Miss Simone, Dan Cogan(Icarus, The Apollo), and Amanda Rynda, Meghan is to be shared with David (Rocketman, Gnomeo & Juliet) (DC Super Hero Girls, The Loud House).
