Prime Minister Imran Khan said on Saturday he was “confused by the frenzy” about Pakistan’s exclusion from US President Joe Biden’s climate conference.

“I’m puzzled by the hustle and bustle that Pak wasn’t invited to the climate conference!” Prime Minister Imran Khan tweeted.

The prime minister said he was confused because his government’s environmental policies were “guided only by” its commitment to future generations of clean and green Pakistan to mitigate the effects of climate change.

“We have gained a lot of experience over the past 7 years, we raised questions in the KP and our guidelines were recognized and praised. We are ready to help any country that wants to learn from our experience,” said Prime Minister Imran Khan.
