Former PML-N prime minister and central leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said on Sunday that the struggle for the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) would continue until the PTI government left.

Speaking to media representatives in Taxila at the wedding ceremony of Arshad Abasi’s son on Sunday, he said that the PDM would not stop until the current government was discharged.

The PML-N leader said that people who understand the causes and are determined to fight will not create situations for the little things.

He further said that the PDM would definitely succeed because the community would support it.

Shahid Khaqan Abbasi claims that excitement in the government camp about developments in the PDM ranks has been lost on having the ability to overcome its complexities through its own mechanisms.

He said the PDM party leadership was scheduled for next week and until then informal consultations with the leadership would continue to raise national issues.

He further said the war against the PDM had entered a crucial phase and that fear was evident in statements made by Prime Minister Imran Khan and his spokesman.
