Hollywood actor Kristen Bell has a heart and learns about the hardships of being born into a pandemic.
The star posted the whole thing live during Reset Your Mindset: Pandemic Parenting Yahoo Live, admitting, “It’s very difficult to balance work and parenting and online learning during a pandemic and mental health support in particular.”

The only thing that helps manage stress is regular therapy sessions. Bell stated, “The therapy has been great for us during the pandemic. We both rely on it, my husband and I, to develop personally and ultimately bring what we learn individually into relationships.”
“We are always honest with our children and sometimes it is very difficult. We explain what COVID is and why it exists and we tell them everything from an early age and just remind them that we are luckier than most people and what we have to do. that we’ve been able to help others over the years. “
