LAHORE: Great news for PSL fans!
Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium will host remaining HBL PSL matches that postponed because of Corona virus pandemic.
Majority of franchises agreed to play in Lahore.
In an virtual meeting conducted by Pakistan cricket board, franchises owners agreed to play all remaining matches of PSL season 6 in Lahore.
Because of corona virus, 7 players tested positive during PSL matches and the whole tournament postponed after March 3.

In virtual meeting chaired by Chairman Ehsan Mani, franchises owners put their concerns on the postponement of remaining matches.
“Five out of the six franchises urged the PCB to shift the remaining matches to Lahore,” told the official.
It was really a shame for management to not maintain the bio secure bubble for the players.
Pakistan cricket board is intended to hold remaining matches of PSL by June 2021 because of international tours. After June, Pakistan cricket team will tour England and West indies for T20I and ODI series.
It is also a good decision to play remaining matches in June to gain confidence of international players before the international tour of England and NEW Zealand to Pakistan.
Many international players showed their concerns when corona cases emerged during the tournament. Danial Christian who played for Karachi Kings, decided to leave PSL before the postponed news of PSL.
Final decision of remaining matches is yet to be taken.
PCB officials will decide the date of resuming of PSL matches in next meeting.
Government of Punjab gave green signal to host remaining matches in Lahore.
