In a statement, LDA said it had allowed restaurants to use the front and back for meals at the December 3 and 9 meetings.

However, the permit stipulates that restaurants may not establish permanent structures in this area and are responsible for parking and traffic flow.
These grants are temporary due to the pandemic situation and can be withdrawn if the government issues a different notification.
