Kendall Jenner received outrage after posting a photo from Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival on Friday, which ended in tragedy with eight deaths.
“Will you be at the mountain?” she asked, captioning a selfie of herself behind Travis Scott’s big stage with a drink.
After the incident, the supermodel reportedly updated the caption and added a mountain top emoji, referencing the rapper’s Utopia Mountain stage.
In light of the tragedy, her fans and following slammed the runway sensation for even posting the shot. “Take this down,” one individual commented in the comments section.
“Irrational,” said one. The third one wrote: “Photograph the stage where people perished. Classy.”
Another was enraged and said: “8 died at the concert… So tone-deaf.”
On Friday night, during Scott’s performance at Astroworld, a surge of the crowd killed at least eight individuals and injured many more.
Kendall Jenner has not replied to the outrage to her article and has not cooled the fans down.
