Jungkook gathers fans and media following World Cup performance

Jungkook of BTS was the first Korean musician to play at the World Cup. His performance was praised by fans and the media.


BTS Jungkook surprised netizens with his World Cup opening ceremony performance on November 20.


According to Koreaboo, Jungkook’s itinerary was non-stop, since he was seen leaving his hotel for the airport following the performance.


The Army raced to Seoul’s Gimpo International Airport to greet the star. Hours before his arrival, the crowd gathered, and the media live-streamed nonstop.


Jungkook was stunned by the flare of lights, but he thanked his supporters by bowing.


BTS member removed his jacket to show a red shirt from the Korean football team, according to ARMY.


Jungkook pretended to kick an imaginary football in Qatar.


The 25-year-old kept bowing as he walked to his car, never turning his back to the camera or his supporters out of respect. Before entering his automobile, the artist walked backward and made a peace sign.
