John Mayer recently addressed Taylor Swift’s fans’ threatening messages over her next music.
An Instagram user allegedly sent a scathing remark to the 44-year-old musician. “(expletive) yourself you ugly (expletive),” the message said.
“I’ve been getting so many texts like these the past several days,” the Slow Dancing in a Dark Room singer answered.”
“I’m not upset, just interested and driven to ask. Do you honestly wish I died? he said. The person removed the screenshot but confirmed she ‘dared’ to mail the musician.
Her Grammy-winning song All Too Well, from her album ‘Red’, supposedly details her break-up with ex-boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal.
Then her admirers started anticipating the re-release of her 2010 album Speak Now.
One of the new songs, Dear John, supposedly mocks Mayer and Swift’s prior connection. They dated from 2009 to 2010.
