Isha Ambani, daughter of billionaire Mukesh Ambani, made a stunning appearance at the Met Gala 2023 in a black saree gown. She donned a long silk sari-inspired trail hand-embellished with thousands of crystals and pearls by Prabal Gurung.

Isha Ambani black gown was also adorned with diamonds and she completed the look with a custom hand piece by Lorraine Schwartz and the iconic Chanel Paris-Bombay 2021 Matryoshka RFunway bag.

Isha Ambani kept her glam minimal with straight hair and minimal makeup. This isn’t her first time at the Met Gala, as she made her debut in 2017 wearing a Christian Dior gown and then a lilac Prabal Gurung outfit in 2019.

The Met Gala Livestream was hosted by actor and producer La La Anthony, writer Derek Blasberg, and Saturday Night Live’s Chloe Fineman. The theme for this year’s event was “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty,” based on the new Costume Institute exhibition exploring the work of the iconic designer. Lagerfeld spent decades creating clothes for Balmain, Patou, Chloe, Fendi, and Chanel in addition to his own namesake label.
