Iran has introduced defense system in over 50 cities around the country to protect against potential attacks using chemical weapons. The Iranian Deputy Defense Minister has quoted in the international media.
According to him, 51 cities throughout the country have implemented a mechanism to cope with the threat posed by chemical weapons. All cities have outfitted with the appropriate facilities and equipment. Due to the introduced defense system in Iran, it is possible to identify any form of biological, radiological or chemical danger.
In a remark from the previous year, former Iranian Defense Minister stated that the adversary is capable of employing a wide variety of strategies against Iran. Therefore, Iran should prepare for the possibility of chemical assaults.
