Instagram Integrates Custom Text and Color Feature to Link Stickers

Instagram integrates new feature of custom text and color to link stickers. Now Users can write custom text with catching colors. In October this year, Instagram stated that it is expanding the ability to add links in Stories to all accounts. The functionality was previously accessible for verified accounts and those with a specified amount of followers.

The feature was a part of the company’s scrapping the swipe-up links in Stories in favour of the new Link Stickers. Now, the Facebook-owned network has revealed that users may now modify the language and colour of your links in Stories.

The business informed about the change in a reply to Tweet that introduced the availability of Link Stickers for all users. The Link Sharing Stickers are available within the sticker tool from the top navigation bar while producing Instagram Stories.

To add a link in the Instagram Stories, users will need to pick the URL Sticker, paste the link they want to share and in the same area they may edit the wording of the links. To alter the colour of the Link Stickers, users need to place it on the tale and touch on it. As of present, there are just five colour possibilities available for the Link Stickers.

This week, the business also unveiled a new feature meant to make the app usage safer for teenagers and young adults. The website names the tool ‘Take a Break’ and it has been apparently pushed out in a few nations like US, UK, Canada and Australia.

The function advises users when to take a break from the app. Users may switch on the function in ‘Settings’ and pick if they want to get the notice after using the app for 10 minutes, 20 minutes or 30 minutes. After the set time-limit is crossed customers see a full-screen warning instructing them to close the programme. The message also recommends users to take a deep breath, write something down, review a to-do list or listen to a music.
