In a day coronavirus takes 43 lives in Punjab

As the third spike from Covid-19 strengthens, Punjab reported 1,824 positive cases on Thursday, the largest number in a single day, while the virus claimed 43 lives in Punjab.

According to the Punjab government, 17,127 Covid tests have been carried out in the past 24 hours. With these figures, the daily average value of new Covid-19 cases has increased to 1,500.

The comparison shows that in January and February this year the number of tests carried out was roughly the same every day when the daily average score of new cases in Punjab was 400 to 500.

According to official data, the number of positive cases in Punjab stood at 191,186.

For the most obvious reasons, the Punjab government continues to ignore calls from medical and health experts interested in increasing the level of testing in the largest province. So that the actual severity of the disease is known for a fair situation analysis.
