Prime Minister Imran Khan’s planned visit to Britain next month has been postponed due to internal security, the political and regional situation, informed sources said.
The Prime Minister will travel to the UK in the first week of July at the invitation of Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
According to sources, the prime minister has decided to postpone the visit, highlighting an important issue he wants to monitor himself.
“The departure of foreign forces from Afghanistan would be overseen by Prime Minister Imran Khan personally.” they added.
On June 7, Prime Minister Johnson had a telephone conversation with his Pakistani counterpart who invited him to visit the UK.
This will be Imran Khan’s first visit to the UK as Prime Minister.
