Huawei May Make the Cheapest Foldable Phone Ever

Huawei clamshell foldable phone, the P50 Pocket, may soon get an update, according to a new teaser. The Chinese company says that the Huawei P50 Pocket S is always coming soon. It is an upgrade rather than a complete replacement, and it will available soon.

Earlier rumors said that the Huawei P50 Pocket New may get did call that, but this teaser seems to back up the Pocket S name. The phone will come in a number of different colors, including black, blue, pink, white, green, and yellow. Still, the parts of the design that are the most complicated area did keep secret.

In December of that year, Huawei’s P50 Pocket came out. It was an early competitor to Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip. In the last generation, Qualcomm’s best processor is it is Snapdragon 888. The Snapdragon 778G chip, which supports 4G, did think to power this device. This could mean that a cheaper foldable phone is coming soon.

Leaks suggest that the 256 GB version will start at $689, making it the most affordable Huawei foldable phone to date thanks to the Snapdragon 778G SoC. If you’re used to paying a lot for a high-end smartphone, you will happy to know how much money you can save here. On the other hand, reports say that the 512 GB model will cost about $965.

On November 2, Huawei will release the Huawei P50 Pocket S and the Huawei Watch GT Cyber. Most likely, it will keep selling only in China.
